  The selection of appliances was good but their delivery service is terrible. They promise next day delivery but then tell you it will be a week. Then schedule delivery and don't show or call. Two days in a row they were scheduled and never showed or called. When I went to the store they said they were having trouble with drivers. But why no call telling me your not coming. Very poor business practices

  This business causes stress to my family.. - ordered kitchen cabinets and countertops 90 days ago!! (Yes - 3 months) - wrong cabinets, cabinets that do not fit, 3x’s a filler piece has arrived defective. - told counter top would be here 1 1/2 weeks after cabinets, turns into 5 weeks. - told problem with countertop was that they ordered wrong size, someone else says not right pattern. - told they will call us back. Never do, we have to call them. - told that they would take care of all the trouble after the install is complete... - paying for a kitchen that is not complete.. #lowegoestoanewlow. #badbardstownlowes
